The Power of Transformation and KnowledgeWorks Global Present New Workshops!
We have started a new program which includes a mental health aspect. This is a series of events and workshops that will focus on various fun and easy ways to lessen the stress in our lives and give you strategies to cope and deal with any issues that come up in life. Winter is always around the corner and so is spring 😊.
Who should attend, anyone experiencing these issues, in any areas of their lives:
- Abuse – physical, mental, emotional
- Stress – mental, emotional, work
- Frustration
- Confusion
- Worry
- Uncertainty
- Separation or divorce
- Depression
- Suicidal
- Anxiety
- Isolation
- Confused about their identity
- Concerned about their future
- Health issues
- Death in the family or someone close
- Weakness
- Lack of focus
- Fear of failure
- Fear of success
- Fear of any kind
- Something that is stopping them but they don’t know what
- No compelling future
This is a great event for women (and anyone) of any age and even young girls and boys 12 and over.
We will be doing a board breaking which is great at empowering anyone that is looking for more in their lives.
This brings people out of their limiting beliefs and gives them confidence to face the future with power and focus.
Book us for workshops in your office by contacting us here joanne@poweroftransformation.ca. Include your name, email and number. You will receive a confirmation.
See you soon!
You are in the right place … We are here to help!
